I like the spring weather,when it is worm -not too hot and not too cold,  it's sunny and isn't windy.

it’s starting to rain - zaczyna padać
it’s going to freeze - będzie mróz (temperatura spadnie poniżej zera)

it’ll rain – będzie padać (jestem o tym przekonany, ale bez podstawinie)
it’s going to rain – będzie padać (bo grzmi i niebo pociemniało)
